Web and mobile accessibility are the new frontier for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There is little doubt that title III of the ADA applies to websites, and the Department of Justice will promulgate rules on that in the near future. A recent post by law firm Seyfarth Shaw in their blog, ADA Title III: News and Insights, reflects this new ground for accessibility, websites, annd mobile applications.
